“What a wonderful little restaurant. This was our first time eating here. Our waiter, Jacob, was very helpful explaining the menu and making recommendations on what dishes were popular. The food was very, very, good. We ordered the appetizer sampler and then shared two entrees, a lamb shank and a chicken & greens stew. They were a nice compliment to each other. “Amazing spot! We came for my sister-in-law’s birthday and were blown away. The food is outstanding—everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the sauces were incredible. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. Service was good, just a bit overwhelmed because the place was packed. Definitely make a reservation if you're going on a weekend. “It had been a while since we ate at Afghan Bistro, so I suggested a small group of us meet for lunch there. We arrived just after the restaurant opened, so it was quite empty, but it filled up rapidly as the afternoon wore on. It is obviously a popular place. We had a very pleasant and efficient server. She answered our questions and did a good job while we were there. My friends ordered the Sabzi Chalou and Chicken Breast Kebob, while I got the Lamb Chops. The chops came with rice with carrots and raisins and a side of Eggplant. Overall a delicious dish. The food was fresh and tasty. After lunch, we ordered some cardamom tea. I enjoyed the tea as it was light and fragrant. We were all happy with our meal and would definitely eat there again.”
